In this 45 minute session we will have an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to be, identify the blind spots and patterns that have been quietly running your life without your permission, experience a short visualization exercise so you can feel firsthand what it is like to work in this way, and determine together which path forward is the right fit for you right now. Whether that is hypnotherapy to rewire a stubborn pattern, Reiki to restore your energy and release what your body has been holding, Unlock Your Blocks to break free from the beliefs keeping you stuck, DeFunk Your Soul to realign with who you actually are, or something else entirely, you will leave this session with complete clarity on your next step. No pressure, just the most honest 45 minutes you have spent on yourself in a long time. This session is for you if you feel stuck and you cannot quite name why.
