How It Works
This experience includes four weekly 90-minute sessions in a focused, supportive environment. Each week builds on the last, guiding you through awareness, clarity, release, and intentional action. You’ll also receive a structured workbook divided into four clear sections, designed to be reused anytime you feel stuck in the future.
Week 1: Awareness- Identify What’s Actually Blocking You
Before you can move forward, you need to see clearly. This week focuses on identifying patterns, triggers, emotional reactions, and internal narratives that may be limiting your progress.
You’ll learn how to:

Week 2: Inner Guidance- Strengthen Your Decision-Making Confidence
Many people know what they should do. Fewer trust themselves enough to actually do it. This week focuses on strengthening your internal compass so you can make decisions without second-guessing yourself.
You’ll learn how to:

Week 3: Release + Reframe
