Most of us carry hidden “root systems” that quietly influence how we show up... how deeply we love, how loudly we shine, how safe we feel in relationships, and even how brave we are with our purpose. These roots are old. Familiar. And completely invisible until you know what to look for. In this live virtual workshop, we’re going to shine a gentle light beneath the surface so you can finally understand what’s been running your internal show. You’ll learn to spot your unique Root Restrictions, the unconscious patterns that grew from old emotional imprints.
