The Full-Body Energetic Touch Reset™ is a 60-minute, fully clothed sensory experience designed to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and into a deeper state of relaxation and receiving. This experience expands beyond the head and face to incorporate gentle, rhythmic touch throughout the body, combined with intentional energy work and sensory tools. Depending on your preferences and comfort level, your session may include hair and scalp touch, soothing facial touch, gentle touch across the back, shoulders, arms and legs, along with tactile tools such as smooth stone combs, body combs, scalp massagers and other sensory tools. Every session is customized to your comfort and boundaries. You remain in control of what touch is included throughout your experience. There is no expectation that you need to talk, process or accomplish anything.
